Location is great. Just behind Av. Chapultepec and 3 blocks away from Paseo de la Reforma. Convenience store almost opposite the building and great bakery 5 minutes' walk. Plenty of coffees and restaurant options around.

This property offers an excellent rate when comparing with similar offers in the zone. However, there are some points that are not negociable regardless the rate offered. Personnel attention Support and welcoming), safety (the lock of the room) and having running available water in the room. A lot to improve in the offer of this property.

A shithole with one super small window I specifically check the pictures of the room a choose. I was looking forward to large windows and bright room. Check my pictures to see how it really looks like This is the type of the room where you don't want to relax. And yes, there was totally cold water. It's OK on the cost, not in freezing mexico city.

bathrooms have mold, they stink like sewer all day, property is trashed all around, elevator is a safety hazard you can open it when its not on your floor, holes in the walls, no hair dryer, ironing board, glass walls, coveed with paper thin sheet rock, they lock you up in the property after midnight, staff during the day is non responsive, had to be switched from.room twice because the bathroom was clogged and no body fixed it for 2 days...TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

EVERYTHING....but the fact that I wrote to you twice to help me and never got an answer makes me never use your services, I booked another hotel I had stayed on before thorugh you out of necesity but I womt be using your servives from here on out.
