That I got my refund immediately. Owner seemed fairly quick to reply, so I'll give him his due there, & he was quick to apologise.

Couldn't get in. Outer door stuck or seemed as if bolted on the inside and no one available to open it. Got refund and stayed elsewhere, but was very inconvenient seems as I'd travelled 3 hours and had a heavy bag, & had to walk about 35 minutes from where I'd been after getting off the long train journey.

"Couldn’t stay had to pay for a second hotel!"

Nothing

Everything. People in and out constantly. Loud, drinking, smoking. The room I was put in was basically a part of the kicthen with a door to separate it.
