Informazioni poco dettagliate sulla tipologia di camera scelta, errata comunicazione codice di sblocco camera per il selfie check-in, ci siamo ritrovati ad aprire la porta di una camera dove riposava un altro ospite lasciando noi e lui in situazione di notevole imbarazzo

It's a nice room with beautiful view over the mountains, the bed was very comfy and the sheets were clean. The bathroom had liquid soap. The towels were clean and nice, thin cotton, just perfect

The kitchen that is the conjunction of all the rooms is rather smelly, sombody SMOKED there! Which is terrible and horrendous. Smoking should be prohibited everywhere inside buildings. Only a medieval ignorant would light a cigarette inside a building. We have a lot of those, so I suggest you put some very obvious "no smoking" signs, with drawings, so all the turds could understand.
