CZ: Hostitel byl opravdu milý a mluvil anglicky EN On the positive side, the host himself was very kind and spoke English, which made communication easy.

CZ Rád bych apeloval na všechny budoucí hosty ať si zkontrolují jak ubytování vypadá, my jsme místo pokoje dostali doslova chlívek, podlaha byla kus plachty na které byly pohozené dvě matrace. Do pokoje se nevešli dva lidi s dvouma batohy. Nejhorší ale bylo, že po posteli ihned proběhli 2 šváby. Místo 4 nocí jsme po první noci odešli ale hostiteli jsme museli zaplatit za dvě noci, prý protože by už nikoho neubytoval, divný když jsme ostatní “chlívky” byly volné. K snídani 2 neosolená a neopepřená vejce. Vůbec nechapu všechny kladné recenze. EN: I would like to warn all future guests to carefully check what kind of accommodation they are booking. Instead of a room, we literally got a shed – the “floor” was just a piece of tarp with two mattresses thrown on top. The space was so small that two people with two backpacks could hardly fit inside. The worst part was that within minutes of arriving, two cockroaches ran across the bed. We had booked for four nights but left after the first one. However, the host still made us pay for two nights, claiming he wouldn’t be able to accommodate anyone else – which was strange, since the other “sheds” were clearly empty. Breakfast was just two eggs without salt or pepper. Honestly, I can’t understand all the positive reviews.

La Homestay è fantastica, immersa nella natura con una vista strepitosa. La camera ha una vetrata enorme sulla valle ed è stato un sogno svegliarsi lì. Intorno ci sono solo piccole case fattoria con gli abitanti del luogo e i loro animali. La notte si sente solo il rumore dei grilli e delle rane. Abbiamo fatto un trekking il primo giorno intorno alla casa ed è stato stupendo. L'host è gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e, non scontato, parla bene l'inglese. Ci ha organizzato per il secondo giorno un tour di tutta la zona in moto, bellissimo, ne vale la pena. Ci è venuto a prendere e accompagnati alla stazione per prendere il bus. Abbiamo fatto i nostri pasti alla Homestay, il cibo è veramente ottimo. Siamo proprio soddisfatti di questo soggiorno.

Il bagno della camera ha la tubatura del lavandino che scarica sul pavimento, per cui il pavimento rimaneva sempre bagnato.

Vista bellissima. Homestay molto bella e pulita. Le persone gentili, cordiali e ci hanno aiutato per le escursioni. C'è tutto per il bagno, anche il Phone.

La vue au dessus des rizières est magnifique du lever au coucher du soleil . Zalo nous a été d’une grande aide pour profiter de la région et pour nous aider dans les moyens de transport . Il a même attendu le bus avec nous pour assurer notre trajet jusqu’à Moc Chau 🙏 Nous recommandons aussi la visite en scooter . Nous l’avons faite avec son frère et un ami . C’était une très belle journée

Beautiful view from the terrace. Lovely family and comforting meals. Chua was very attentive and easy to speak to if needed while at or away from the homestay. As Mu Cang Chai is so rural, you will need to rely on locals to get you around via scooter/motorbike or otherwise do 30min walks to get to local restaurants etc or other amenities. Also expect the bedrooms to be basic. It's a great opportunity to hike to the main attractions and viewpoints but equally you can get locals to take you on motorbikes and scooters. My wife needed medication stored in a fridge/freezer which they had and were happy to keep for her which was amazing .
