La posizione era molto comoda per visitare la città e parcheggiare l’auto sulla strada principale . La signora che ci ha fatto il check in è stata molto gentile e ci ha consigliato un paio di posti dove mangiare in città

La colazione viene servita in un bar vicino e comprende giusto un caffè/cappuccino e pezzo dolce. Le porte dell’abitazione non erano oscurate per cui se la sera rientrava qualche altro ospite la camera si illuminava. Ho dovuto dormire con i tappi e mascherina. La mattina presto c’erano i lavori del palazzo proprio sotto la nostra finestra

Sonia was extremely kind and waited for us even after the check-in time due to our delay on the highway. The position is gorgeous, right in the city centre and with parking slots.

Handy for the center . Very helpfull to drop in earlier than stated.Overall very good and helpfull. Kitchen available but also coffee etc in nearby cafe. All good.

Bathroom across the hall . Private with key etc and gowns provided. Scaffolding outside . Which is stated . No surprise. You need a better sign to find you. Down an little via hidden in Scaffold is hard work

The apartments are located in a great location, in the historical center and next to the cathedral. At the same time, they are very close to the train station. The staff is responsive and helpful in resolving various issues.

Everything was perfect

Great hosts, lots of space and very close to the city. Also nice breakfast

The location was ideal as it is a short walk from the railway station and in the town centre. I needed to drop my bag off before the proper checking in time and the landlady was kind enough to meet me at the property so I was able to drop my bag and go to watch Ascoli Calcio.

Big, comfortable, with kitchen and facilities too. It was nice to have breakfast at the cinventioned bar. The hosts are very available, I did the check in earlier than aspected and they were ready to receive me.

There were works outside the building but they weren't annoying.
