Reception terrible, was first sent away by cleaning lady as the room was not ready.... when we got back later the welcoming was very unprofessional. Chef was late so we could not have breakfast, after we specifically arranged a time for breakfast. Rooms are clean but not very modern, no aircon, fan was not working, location terrible, photos are extremely misleading. They hosted a retirement party and it's so close to rooms that we felt uncomfortable. They were making a noise till late at night

The first day we arrived there Chef Monti was very helpful,,He took us to our room which was exactly how we wanted it..The place is very quiet n clean..Monti is also an exceptional chef n very cheerful 😊

And management must fix they are gate motor as we had to push and pull to open it.
