That even though 'my room got messed up' They atleast got me something DECENT nearby

When I got there apparently guests from the previous night messed up my room so they got me another not too far away. Because I already made plans to stay nearby and couldn't find another room in time I was forced to accept that room. The other room was lacking in so many ways. My plugs weren't working. After I asked them to switch them off, they still went off at night. Absolutely terrible. I'm greatly disappointed and dissatisfied.
