Excellent breakfast, You have control over the heating with extra blankets provided lovely kind helpful people the place was spotless excellent value for money fridge in room fresh milk provided . Superb range of tea , coffee and hot chocolate. Asked for a special request they want out of their way to fulfil it. Microwave and seating area provided if you want to bring stuff back to eat . Powerful shower great wash

Due to circumstances beyond the B/B's control, there was a fire in a building opposite, so I was unable to gain access, I was left no choice but to look for alternative accomodation, however I have not received the money I had paid in advance, I think you will agree this was not my fault and I should be reimbursed in full, I ended up paying twice as much for accomodation as it was such short notice!!!!

"A pleasant stay and would definitely book again"

Very comfortable beds and very clean and tidy room. Was nice having a kettle as i arrived late and making a hot drink was great. Milk provided in fridge.

The TV signal wasn't that great and didn't pick up all channels. It could have been the weather though.
