Very clean, breakfast was fantastic.The lady that served us was very helpful and knowledgeable.

An extra bed was crammed in the room against a cupboard which meant there was no space for us to hang our evening wear to a wedding.We had to use the curtain pole.

"On balance OK for the money"

The rooms were clean , warm and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the lady that served it very pleasant, no complaints at all. Very good restaurant a short distance away which I would recommend, Anderson’s , but do book as it has limited seating.

Unfortunately the outside of the property is very dilapidated and full of rubbish, very off putting. We were greeted by a small child with no responsible adult there. Apparently the new owners speak very little English although we never saw them .
