It was convenient, it was clean and it was priced okay

I think the dining room carpet should be cleaned. It would give people a much better impression of overall cleanliness

"We slept well despite disappointing appearances"

We slept well, it was quiet. We had a good breakfast. There was a good shower and basin but flooring disgraceful, with broken lion and Dirty carpets that needed a good clean.

The front of the house was a shambles. The guest house was a throw back to the 70s. We paid for a much higher standard room. Small things could make a difference like new information folders not filthy broken folders. If this is a new venture we wish it well but more attention to details.
