Host was great. Really friendly. Bottles of water and ice creams free.

Loved the care and the kindness and the very good breakfast. The position is very good; close to the front. Car parking is available.

Watch out for the hot water! It can be very hot!!!

Fantastic location as it was within 15 minutes of pleasure beach, lovely and friendly hosts, breakfast was delicious and plenty on offer, free parking aswell, lovely idea to have the snack table on offer with a plentiful selection, beds were comfy with great cleanliness and good facilities. Would love to stay again soon as we had a faultless stay and thought that it was great value for money.

Nothing, could not fault our stay

Very friendly landlady. Good cooked breakfast of scrambled eggs and toast. B&b forgot to set out our cereals in the morning but quickly sorted by helpful breakfast staff. Shower was ok after a warm day of riding a motorcycle. Parking no problem. Landlady gave us a quiet room at the top of the house as per my request.

There were no coat hangers in the wardrobe but the landlady eventually got us some. Maybe worth checking before new guests arrive. The bedroom was small and very warm. Could be worthwhile leaving just a sheet instead of a duvet for a top covering. We also left the window open while we went out for an evening meal and walk. Unfortunately, I also got bitten by some bugs on both arms during the night but i've sprayed them so the itchy feeling doesn't persist.

Breakfast was stunning, the little snack section they have that you can help yourself to is also really thoughtful and went down a treat with us. Also the good mornings after we have had our breakfast and wishing us a nice day are a nice little touch. Always on hand if you have any questions etc and we particularly enjoyed the free bottles of water and ice cream!

Great room, super brekkie and lovely host makes you feel so welcome. Lots of free parking nearby and sweeties! Yum yum. Great central location.

Everything, room was good everything you require and clean and tidy breakfast was good and a selection of options, easy parking in front of hotel, owners and staff were great, been coming for horse racing for 12 years and one of the most pleasant stays we have had.
