The location is nice, close to mushroom bay and a lot of cafés and restaurants. They have a big pool which is nice if you wanna take a swim. The accomodation is relatively big and the property itself is beautiful but seems quite old..

There is no room service so after 4 nights here things got a little dirty. The bathroom is located outside and also doesn’t seem the newest and most clean. We booked the laundry service here and we’re supposed to get our laundry back the next day but because of the rain it took them 3 days and we got the laundry back half wet in some plastic bags and they told us we could just stay another night then the laundry will be ready. She still wanted us to pay 150K for the service.

The swimming pool and location were very good. The staff were friendly and helped us when we had a small incident. Overall the place is okay for what you pay.

The room could have been more clean, specially the bathroom. The WiFi didn’t reach our room, worked mainly in the lobby/entrance.

La ubicación. La gente de indonesia es hermosa, por lo cual el personal es una dulzura. Las habitaciones de abajo son más lindas que las de arriba.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y NO LO SOLUCIONARON. Lo cual es un verdadero problema si vas en temporada de mucho calor, dormis dentro de un horno pizzero, la ropa en la lavandería no estuvo mal, la ropa negra volvio con una capa envolvente de pelusas blancas y la ropa blanca volvio envuelta en un tapado de piel de pelusas negras, interesante detalle, demoró tres días, pero volvio!!! si hubiésemos estado apurados, nos volvemos con lo puesto. Tienen que replantearse si verdaderamente las habitaciones de arriba son premium. Las de abajo están muchísimo mejores.

La ubicacion es excelente.. cerca de la playa mas hermosa de roda la isla. La gente de Indonesia es maravillosa. El hotel hermoso, la pileta perfecta

El aire acondicionado no andaba, y no nos cambiaron de cuarto ni lo arreglaron fue dormir dentro de un horno pizzero,

La familia que lo lleva es muy amable y estan pendientes de que no falte de nada. La ubicacion es muy buena y el desayuno esta muy bien. Ademas tienen dos perritos que son adorables.

Por poner una pega, al ser un home stay no entran a hacerte la habitacion en ningun momento. Mas que nada hay que tenerlo en cuenta si te quedas muchos días, pero para nosotros no fue un problema.
