Rooms Very run down but the pool made up for it.

Clean tidy and perfect location! We stayed with our 4 & 5 year old boys and they loved it! Very relaxing vibe, breakfast was delicious made fresh as you order. They helped book anything we needed ,boat & scooter hire/driver. It felt like home for the week. We paid a little extra for a mattress on the floor so we could all be in one bungalow as kids are little Aircon was amazing Clean sheets Bathroom clean, a little old but totally fine.

The rooster at 4am but I think you could probably hear them from any place on the island!

I booked a room, got a message that they looking forward having me and when I arrived they told me all rooms are full. I already paid the room with booking, but at the end I had to book another hotel. It looked really nice from the outside, can't say anything about the rooms, because I got none.

I highly recommend this property! It is in close walking distance to mushroom bay and has shops around. It is run by a nice and welcoming family and the facilities (pool) are excellent!
