The location was peaceful. Room very spacious also loved all the little treats left in the room and replenished each day. Patricia made us feel very welcome. Loved watching the deers in field outside our room. We will certainly be returning

The room was large and clean, all of the extra bits like water, milk & snacks were perfect. The host was lovely and made us feel at home. Thank you so much xx

Lovely rural setting, great wee village. Room was very comfortable and large size.

What an amazing place! So quiet, beautiful views a huge room and very private. We were greeted on arrival very warmly xx There was a fridge with lots of bottle water and some milk. Plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits and some crisps! I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much.

If you’re looking for a quiet countryside break near sea and moors then this is ideal for a couple of nights . Spacious room with lovely en suite. Extremely peaceful and excellent maintained.

There’s no breakfast on offer but nearest cafe is fantastic although a 5 min drive away . We would be quite happy to pay extra for a breakfast tray of continental style just to save us having to get in the car and drive as supermarket is some distance away too .

Everything was fantastic. I can understand why people return year after year. Clean comfortable and in a great location. What makes it so special is Patricia. She is so very kind and welcoming. I had an issue with my phone and Patricia gave me her sat nav to get home. I would recommend Dene Hotel Farm. Such a fantastic place. Thank you.

Very clean and comfortable room - lovely service and let us check in early which was a massive help. Great value too;
