Lovely room peaceful location charming host

Couldn't have been more perfect. Only a short drive from the Brinkburn Priory. Plenty of parking. Beautiful area and great facilities. Patricia was very friendly and knowledgeable. She really made our trip. The room was clean and well stocked with biscuits and water. Genuinely very happy with the stay and would highly recommend :)

A great find and a warm welcome from Patrick and Patricia. Relaxing views from our room across fields looking towards the sea. We were lucky enough to see the deer from our juliette balcony. Our room was very comfortable with a seating area to relax at the end of the day. Will definitely return if in the area again

Owners were brilliant they ran us to the local pub because it was raining and offered to pick us up as well after a meal drink, couldn't do enough for us.

Warm welcome from a lovely host, Patricia. The house is in beautiful countryside and the view from the bedroom is a real wow factor. It is exactly as it looks in the picture - peaceful, clean, spacious, comfy bed, lovely shower room and ( most appreciated as we were there during a very hot spell of weather) a great fan! Patricia was even kind enough to drive us into the village for an evening meal and collect us again afterwards! Wonderful host and real value for money. We hope to return.

Location is excellent for exploring the area between Alnwick, Morpeth and the coast.

Everything was excellent as usual.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here 😊 Patricia welcomed me warmly & showed me to my room which was gorgeous & had lovely extra thoughtful touches - fresh milk & bottled water in the mini fridge, a huge fan (it was extremely hot weather) a great variety of hot drinks & very tasty crisps and biscuits 😊 The view from the huge window was of the beautiful Northumberland countryside plus the added excitement of seeing regular small aeroplanes and microlights taking off from the nearby airfield ! I had a great night's sleep in a super comfy bed with lovely bedding and a duvet which was as light as a feather ! I highly recommend coming here for a most enjoyable stay in the peace & quiet with only birdsong to listen to 😊

Absolutely fantastic

Deane House Farm is an exceptional place to stay - Patricia is such a lovely lady , nothing is too much trouble, even offered to take us down to the local pub, which isn’t far but it was raining. The property is very close to some beautiful places to visit - Cragside, Wallington Hall - is well worth a visit . Obviously Alnwick but the best visit was to the Inner Farne island to see the Puffins There is a lovely fridge in the room - with milk and water , a supply of Biscuits and crisps everyday - what’s not to like !
