La Tonnelle Guest House

I liked Everything, especially the hospitality. They were helpful, friendly and fun, felt like visiting a friend. Also it was quite, calm, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere all the time (7 days). Room was big enough and clean. Loved to listen the little red bird on the tree every morning when I get out of my room. Shops and restaurants 5 min walk, parking place at the back. Thank you Gert.

After an awesome week, our short holiday comes to an end. Had a great stay, felt like family. Fantastic atmosphere and awesome hospitality. Staff always friendly and helpful.

It s a small, very cozy hotel, where everything is organized smoothly. The owners and his crew are realy interested in you and provide you with any kind of help or information. The link with the dive club DiveSpirit is unique

Close to the beach. Supermarket and bus route. Very accommodating to your needs. Loved the staff. Very helpful. Very friendly. It was more like a family atmosphere. Very relaxed atmosphere. Loved the plants and flowers. They really did go the extra mile for me. I would go back !!!

Shower was always cold. Tiny ants abit of a problem. Pool area not so great. TV not so great. Not a good selection of channels . Also the plug point for the kettle was not easily accessible. Cord was too short. Cups for tea and coffee in the room too little. The bar fridge in my room worked but not the best condition. Reception area could be a little more spruced up .

Extremely warm welcome and the new proprietor could not do enough for us. We got a free upgrade without asking and received a free 15 minute massage from the magic handed Verana. As a new acquisition, the hotel is undergoing refurbishment. However, this is being done out of view. Our room was clean, loads of storage and refreshed every day. We particularly enjoyed meeting family and guests at the delicious 3 course dinner which was great value. Luckily for us, the excellent dive centre, Dive Spirit, was part of the complex. Everyone made us feel at home and the sea was over the road. Thank you.

Having to move on

I loved the place, all the people were super friendly and helped me with whatever I needed or planned on doing (they arranged a catamaran tour and transfer). I loved the communal dinner with the hosts. It was basically joining the family for dinner. Great meals. Dive Center directly attached, beautiful beach just a few minutes away. I extended my stay because I enjoyed it so much. It felt like saying goodbye to new friends in the end!
