De ruime badkamer en goed werkende douche. Ook het bed was goed en voorzien van insectengaas.

De host was vrij asociaal. Hielp ons met de bagage, maar daar bleef het bij. We zijn gastvrije mensen gewoon na 17 dagen in Sri Lanka. Hier hadden we te maken met een zeer formele man die enkel communiceerde als hij vragen had. Geen welkomdrankje, geen water.. De kamer had geen airco, onze eigen fout, maar dat heeft deze kamer wel echt nodig! Wij hebben tot 3x toe alles moeten open zetten voor verlichting en dan nog was het buffen met de waaier. Dagsnadien was de stroom weg waardoor onze kamer een sauna was en ook te donker zonder licht. Vooral de badkamer was niet handig met 1 raam 20 op 20. We kregen tot 3x toe de vraag wanneer we de dag nadien zouden uitchecken en toen we sochtends om 9u nog een wandeling wilde maken, kregen we nogmaals te horen dat 11u het uitcheckmoment is. Niet fijn en niet nodig.

Location is very close to beach in the quiet tropical jungle, clean and new rooms, comfy beds, strong fan, beautiful garden, kind host, great value for $. Would stay again.

Naprosto úžasné ubytování a velmi milí hostitel. který nám po domluvě udělal každé ráno skvělou snídani! Doopravdy jsme byli velmi spokojení a děkujeme za takto skvělé ubytování!

Very spacious room and comfortable bed. Location is only 5 minutes from the beach and some great local restaurants. The family running the villa are very helpful and helped me arrange a tuk tuk to my next location at a fair price.

The bed is one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Very peaceful and quiet area. The room was spotless!

There only being 1 plug socket was a little annoying. So you could either have the fan on or you could charge your phone, you couldn't do both.

Casa con giardino molto bello, ordinato e pulito. Si trova a qualche minuto dal centro e dalla spiaggia di Hiriketiya, si va tranquillamente a piedi ma si deve passare in una stradina sterrata buia di sera (importante avere la torcia anche per vedere i numerosi cani). Proprietario molto gentile e accogliente, ci ha preparato la colazione entrambi i giorni su richiesta e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per proseguire il viaggio.

Stanza molto calda ma per fortuna c’è un ventilatore potente che ci ha permesso di dormire bene.

Good location, close to the beach

Close to the restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle of tuk tuks. Paba provided attentive care and was lovely. He let me check in earlier than expected and provided wifi details on arrival. This homestay is only a short walk to the main beach. And has a strong fan to keep you cool at night.
