Best value for money I’ve had so far in Sri Lanka. Huge rooms. The brushed concrete bathroom feels more premium than grotty tiles. And the warmest smile from my host on entry, who was waiting for me out on the road in the rain with an extra umbrella for me

I really enjoyed my stay at Cashew Villa Hireketiya — even more than I expected. The host was super helpful, gave me all the bus information, and even called the drivers for me, which made everything so much easier. The room was huge, with plenty of space to do my practices. I also had a terrace with a table and a lounge chair, which I loved. There’s no AC (as mentioned in the description), but the fan worked well. The bathroom was also big and comfortable, and I liked that there were different lighting options cause I’m not a fan of bright light at night. The villa is in a very quiet spot, which was perfect for me, and the beach is only about a 10-minute walk away through a beautiful path surrounded by trees. The only thing is that the path can be a bit dark at night. All in all, this ended up being my favorite place in Hiriketiya!

We liked all the facilities, they are new and very clean. Beautiful garden in the middle of nature. Loved that too

Location is 5-10 min walk from the beach and the villgae, which js great. The only minus point is that through nature and a little uncomfortable for two girls during evening walk back to the room. But nothing happened to us, so it is totally safe!

Erg ruime en schone kamer mét groot terras. De hosts staan graag voor je klaar en reageren snel. Erg fijne uitvalsbasis voor een meer dan schappelijke prijs.

Enigszins buiten het centrum en in de avond is een TukTuk nemen aan te raden.

Die Räume sind sehr neu und super sauber. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sogar ein Adapter für die Steckdose und eine Fernbedienung für den Ventilator. Der Garten ist auch wunderschön, super gepflegt und man kann Vögel und Affen beobachten. Und Paba gibt sich wirklich alle Mühe, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Also alles Tip-top. Wäre auch gerne noch länger geblieben, aber die Zimmer waren leider schon ausgebucht.
