Maison Petite Singapore

Location of the property was very good. Right in the main area next to white town and walkable from Rock Beach and Promenade. The cleanliness and comfort was also good.

The structures were old and part of ceiling was broken. The place needs a bit of maintenance.

The property has a good location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. That’s pretty much all there’s good about it.

We took the largest room in the property, a large bedroom with 3 beds and an ante room housing kitchen paraphernalia. The room had no ventilation, the window opened to a wall on one side and the ante room on the other. Felt terribly suffocated inside. Some of the rooms do face the road and have a balcony, unfortunately ours didn’t. The room was cursorily cleaned and the bathroom requires a much needed renovation and deep cleaning. The WiFi had no recharge and the (housekeeper/ porter/front desk) boy was unable to sort it out. Worst of all, the AC did not work all night, and we had a terrible time sleeping. The owner was never around and didn’t appear concerned for his guests’ comforts. I had booked for 3 nights, but was thankfully able to modify it to one night.

Unfortunately there was very heavy rain due to which the queen's room had no AC the whole night but thanks to the inverter that we could sleep well. Otherwise everything is very properly maintained and it's a good value for money property. We got a huge drawing room and it's a great place to sit and chill with friends. Bed is luxurious and super comfortable.
