Location was excellent

The bed was slightly uncomfortable.

Proximity to ferry. I’d say the prettier end of Islay

It isn’t clear from the description that the bathrooms are not en suite. This is a real pain. There is nowhere to sit comfortably as no chair in room nor sitting room. There is a breakfast room that you can use which is handy but nowhere to fill kettle unless you want to fill in the bathroom sink. Noisy with doors opening and shutting all the time. The lady running it is nice enough but turns radio 1 on in the breakfast room at 7:30 in the morning and doesn’t stop talking. Personally I like a gentle start to the day rather than hear about her family. We understand the bnb is about to close for two years to house the workers on the new ferry terminal. Probably a better use of the accommodation

Merveilleusement accueillis. Superbe souvenir pour nous. Au pied du ferry, la vue, la facilité d'accès à pied et vers les randonnées ou les service de proximité. Nous n'avons manqué de rien en confort, et service. Merci pour tout.

Continental breakfast with lots of options including fresh fruit. Also Aislinn was a fantastic host and went out of her way to ensure there were plenty of gluten free options. Even big hotels are not as accommodating as she was and made us both feel very welcome and special. Thanks a million

Not being on suite was a bit of an issue but what was available was spotless and a joy to use the facilities. The breakfast room was a bit small at peak times so just had to judge it well and come back a bit later.

La propreté, le calme, la situation, la literie, le jardin avec sa petite table pour apprécier le coucher du soleil, oui nous avons eu du soleil. Merci pour cela

Pas d’accueil à notre arrivée, surprenant, mais c’est la première fois que je réserve dans une maison d’hôtes donc c’est peut être habituel. Habitué à la charcuterie au petit déjeuner, il n’y en avait pas, mais je n’ai pas demandé ! Pas de souci sur mes remarques.
