Cala Sith Guesthouse

The location is unique, right on the beach next to the harbour, yet still quiet and peaceful. Our host was helpful and happy all the time.

The only window we could open was in the bathroom. This caused our room to get very warm and the air was really humid.

La literie La porte du salon qui claque en permanence même sans courant d’air (le loquet semblait cassé) Les chaises du réfectoire au dessus font beaucoup de bruit. Les chaises de la table à manger.

A proximité du port (accès en 1 min), et à proximité de la "petite ville" Très bel endroit proche de trois mythiques distilleries de l'île. Petite salle où il est possible de se restaurer. Parking privatif.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we didn't feel going out, having the kitchenette to eat dinner was lovely and has a beautiful view of the dock and water

I was surprised at how difficult it was to get a taxi from the airport-- may be worth mentioning to book ahead for first time visitors. The stay itself was great.

The location is convenient to Port Ellen ferry and the main street. The unit is well equipped. It was clean and had parking onsite. Grassed area to watch the ferry and fishing boats come & go. Storm Dave provided another perspective.

The bed was too soft for me. The boiler is nearby the bedroom window and can be disturbing when it kicks in. Guests moving around upstairs echoed down to our flat. Plumbing noise could be heard throughout the building.

Great location which is very close to the three distilleries pathway, clean room, very friendly and helpful owner
