"Great little break near Peasholm"

Location was brilliant for our visit to go to the Open Air Theatre. The breakfast options and quality were also very good and Lawrence and all members of staff were very friendly and made you feel at home

The weather was great and round the corner from beatifull park. The bus stop also round the corner and lots of things to do all walking distance nice quit location.

Really friendly host, warm welcome on our arrival, offered a hot drink. Room spotlessly clean, bed really comfortable lots of tea, coffee, etc toiletries provided. Literally just behind Peasholme park near North Shore attractions. Breakfast superb, lots of choice, Full English freshly cooked. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou.
