This is an absolute gem of a place to stay. Shelia and William have clearly made a huge effort to add lots of little touches to make this place as perfect as possible. Check in instructions were clear and parking vouchers were provided free of charge if required. The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom facilities were spotlessly clean, and freshly decorated. The kitchen contains everything required to cook a full dinner. Each room has its own fridge (with ice box), crockery, cutlery and storage cupboard, while the pots and pans and cleaning equipment etc are shared. The shower was hot and powerful. The TV with Freeview, and the WiFi worked perfectly. We stayed in the 3 person room at the front of the house. The curtains were blackout and the room was more spacious than the photo suggests. We had a tower fan. The chocolates were an unexpected treat and very tasty. Shelia and William could not have been more helpful. We came via public transport. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the room to collect later and when we collected our luggage William gave us a lift to the train station. We had a lovely break in Scarborough. This place is ideal for everything Scarborough has to offer. A very short walk to the bus stop and about 20min walk to the main train station. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Honestly I can't think of anything.

Nice clean house. Nice shared kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood. Proximity to center amd the beach.

Parking system is complicated. We had to wait a bit to get one empty parking slot on the street.

The hosts are amazing. They sorted me out on a business trip with no worries. Sorted my needs out. Place is spotless. And beautiful location

The beds were comfy and the kids slept well. It was clean and spacious

Music being played till 4 in the morning and they was still pissed the next day and spat all over me whilst i was drinking my morning coffee and having my cigerette. Kids slept through it because they was knackered but i got zero sleep both nights.

The place is exactly what you’re looking for . It was clean and tidy ., had all the amenities you need . And definitely worth every penny . Nicest place we’ve stayed in . 10 out of 10 👍👍👍
