Location for SOAT was excellent

The location was perfect, free parking, quiet, airy room with the option of air con, nice shower, slept well. Good value

Nothing really, sink in the toilet a little small for washing face and brushing teeth but not an issue

Shared facilities, but didn't detract from stay

Perfect location for the Scarborough open air theatre. Easy access. Great instructions. Guest house was secure and clean. Room was comfy, clean, had everything we needed. Shared facilities were also clean and everything we needed was provided. Did not feel shared as we didn't see anyone else. Couldn't ask for more for the price and location. Landlady was also very friendly 😊

Perfect location , nice and clean. We had a kitchen with all facilities and our own fridge and cupboards Our host Sheila was very nice and helpful

The only little thing was that the sink to get washed in was very small so ended up with water all over my feet when washing my face. I understand that the sink has to be that size to fit in the room. That is the only thing I could find fault with, but would not stop me from booking to stay there again.

Everything was perfect rooms were great perfectly located for family fun

Not much some noise from other family's staying other than that was great

Great communication and instructions for self checking, car park arrangements, clean and tidy and helpful host, what else do you need!

Can't think of something that didn't met the expectations.
