Brightwater family room for up to 3 people with shared facilities

Good location for north beach and park. Being able to connect owners at any time for any reason. Very accommodating as my daughter has autism and they were very understanding about the different problems that we can have with her and giving us extra time to checkout.

No fault of the owners but parking was very difficult to get anywhere near the building and it was a very busy road.

We liked the room and the facilities was brilliant everything we needed was there the hosts was there within minutes when we had a problem with the TV and was sorted asap and let us keep the keys for longer so we could enjoy our last day without carrying our bags about

Spotless, well ventilated & plenty of hot water. I always got parked straight outside during my weekend stay (Sept 2024) using scratch card & disc. Great, convenient location on A165.

It was so clean and extremely cosy. Had everything we needed and the owners went above and beyond. I mean the land lady was so nice and even dropped our luggage off instead of having to lug it around Scarborough. Oh they also let us check in early.

The location was good, in a nice area but close to the train station and to the centre of town. Really easy instructions how to get inside the apartment too. I was abit apprehensive about sharing facilities but it was not a problem at all (you only share with one room). They were always kept clean and we were lucky that whenever we wanted showers nobody else was there. Sheila our host couldn’t do enough for us! She even looked after our backpacks and bought them up to the train station for us so we could be more comfortable exploring in the morning before our train. The room was a great size aswell as the bed. Lovely stay would recommend and go back.

The property was extremely clean, the kitchen was really useful. I have stayed in a lot of accommodation in Scarborough this is probably the cleanest and best for value.

Everything is welcoming, Sheila is very friendly and helpful. Very nice lady. She went out of her way to make me very comfortable. Sheila even offered to drop my suitcase at the station for me as I was still taking kids to the beach, and my coach was at 7 pm she said i should leave my case with her and wen I finished going around she will drop the suitcase at the station for me. That's was so thoughtful of her, and I couldn't thank her enough for her kindness 💗 the house was very clean. Everything you need is there. I recommend everyone who goes to Scarborough to book there. For peace of mind. I loved it, and my 10 years old son gave it a 5-star rating. Thank you, Sheila, for your hospitality. You made our holiday so special.
