Brightwater family room for up to 3 people with shared facilities

Shared Facilities such as bathroom and kitchen where available and this was great for having meals at the hotel and saving some money over eating out :)

It can get very noisy especially if you are in the lower floors as upstairs there can be a lot of noise

The place was very clean and the land lady was on the ball. Positioned well for Peasholme Park. The kids loved having use if the kitchen so we could go and have breakfast as soon as we woke.

Double bed mattress uncomfortable for a heavy person. Could feel the bumps/springs. But kids said the beds were comfy.

It's a great hotel and plenty of space and very warm. Everything is good when you stay there

Lovely family room, well equipped for myself and my 2 young grandchildren (5 and 4 years) , they especially loved the TV with DVD feature and 2 boxes of all genres of DVDs, great for evening time. Very central location, close (5mins) to North Bay beach, and Peasholme Park with lots to do. Very responsive hosts, and very helpful and welcoming. Kitchen facilities great. Had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you Shelia and William. Hope to see you next year!

Access to the house was easy and parking instructions. We could come and go as we pleased. The beds were very comfortable, and a tower fan was in the room. There was a smart TV so we could connect to Netflix. We hardly spent time in the room because there is so much to do in Scarborough, and the accommodation is in a great location close to South Beach. Never met the owners as it was self check in, but all the information you need is in the room. Brilliant communication before arrival, too. Self-catering, there is a lovely cafe close by called Bella Rose, fairly priced, and a lovely breakfast with gluten-free and vegan options. We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

I really can't think of anything we didn't like, it was great value for money.
