Brightwater family room for up to 3 people with shared facilities

Very good value for money and excellent location for north bay. Owner was very helpful great communication and went out of her way to sort the car parking for me

Property was overall clean but the kitchen had a bad smell which put you off wanting to using it. Room was a little tired and dated and could do with a refresh

One of the nicest guest houses we've stayed at! Immaculately clean, private kitchen, one shower and two toilets for 2 rooms made it very personalized. We had a lovely room overlooking the courtyard, cool with windows and a fan. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. Easy to park and had parking pass for our two nights for only £3. Would definitely stay again. Hosts Sheila and William were friendly and helpful.

It was nice and clean, owners were helpful. Basic, but comfortable. Great price.

I am originally from Scarborough, I used to work at a b&b nearby (Manor Heath) and visit my family here often, however had nowhere to stop this time so we found this hotel. I used to hang out with friends and have lots of happy memories of this area in Scarborough so I was very content with the location and the hotel. It reminded me of so many of my old friend's homes and immediately became washed over by nostalgia upon entering. We were very cosy in our clean and comfortable bedroom. Me and my 2 children slept tremendously and had everything we needed for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Would just like to add the television was very responsive and straightforward to use - amazing!

Everything was fantastic. Hopefully you can find parking outside the hotel, we were across the road. The seagulls squawking during the night sometimes woke us but this is expected and again, nostalgic for me personally!

The location was excellent, the property was spotlessly clean don’t usually book somewhere with a shared bathroom but this didn’t affect our stay here at all. Would definitely return.

Easy no hassle, quick arrangement. Parking outside, decent area, great host/owner. Good business and comfortable room. Everything is there.
