We were wowed on arrival by the lovely tranquil feel to the room.. no other guests on arrival, so we did feel like we had it to ourselves.. the temperature was lovely& warm for a walk& beautiful and cool inside, the sound proofing was amazing and it was the first time in a long time to relax& watch a bit of tv

No hot water, which did unsettled the routine in the ambulance.. the tides can be a bit of a problem, the town is overpriced though it's near Tiptree.. some of the locals are hostile& intimidating,have weird rituals being a 1 road in& out town, first time we visited in a long time and no one looked normal on the public transport

"A uncomfortable bed and a very weak shower the two most important things to me when staying away"

Location

A rock hard bed a shower that's so weak you have to run around to get wet black mould on all the silicone in the shower and tv that cuts off more than it's on

Lovely, clean suite. Beach at the bottom of the road. Lots of eateries nearby. Easy check in with key code and lovely story to the property.
