Beautiful room right near the beach lovely garden Everything you needed right by . Would definitely stay again

Wi fi not great Kept on losing connection when watching with the telly some of the time we had no channels at all so had to use our phones to watch tv

A bedside table would have been nice with a lamp. Also maybe a message how to get the shower flowing with warm water. The tv remote gas list it’s battery insert backing. Overall a very lovely room, great location to West Mersey and very peaceful.

Location

Although there was a card explaining how to use shower, it did not heat up, it just run cold so we were unable to have a shower :-(

Fab location.

Bed was very creaky when getting in and out of it, disturbing both of us when needing to get in and out of the bed

Great location. Very quiet area. Spacious suite. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Off road parking.

Couldn't get to the bedside socket to plug phone in.

Location for beach, town for breakfast and Mersea Yacht Club where I went to dinner.

The room was cold over night with no heating and only one very small extra blanket.

A fridge was listed on the facilities. But there wasn’t a fridge.

Everything, it’s comfy and cosy. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We were pleased to have been equipped with a small heater that warmed the room up nice and quickly. We just can’t fault the attention to detail.

It’s not feasible sadly but would be nice to have a bed side table on both sides of the bed but with the bathroom door placed where it is, it’s not possible but maybe just a plug socket to allow charging of phones etc would be really handy but other than that we loved it all.

Property with an interesting history, tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. Helpful staff, nice location.
