Windermere Studio Rooms - with Free Car Parking Onsite

Immaculate room with all the essentials needed . Great host was a pleasure to meet Martin the owner. Made us feel very welcome at his studios . Looking forward to returning in near future. Very peaceful stay .

Nothing to dislike.

Very well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Location is good. Parking was fine.

Temperature settings were remotely controlled by the management. No control whatsoever was given to occupants to set it to their comfort. They did tell us the temperatures were above 20deg (twice a day) but this data was really unhelpful as we were not comfortable with the actual feel in the room.

It was a very beautiful house.

Ideally for a long weekend

It is self catering, there is a small kitchen with a fridge/freezer microwave ,toaster and kettle to our surprise there was also an air fryer.. Windermere Has plenty of local shops as well as a couple of supermarkets to get supplies if needed. The studio is located within easy reach of Windermere by foot or car, as is Bowness. It’s also only a short walk to the main road if you would prefer to use the buses.

Location was a little out of you are wanting to nip out, quite hilly if you are struggling with mobility

Excellent communication, early check in, central location, great host, lovely cosy room, onsite free parking, clean right through, had everything in the kitchen area we needed. Air fryer for those who want to cook a meal. Seating outside to chill out in the evening if you choose.

The hills - can't be helped as we are getting old and both have knee problems. Quite steep walking from parking area to the exit onto the road. Anyone with mobility problems might struggle. This does not in any way reflect the review of the property.
