The hotel really breaths a boutique atmosphere, very cozy and nice. The pool and rooms are beautiful, and good breakfast. And the staff and especially Ozzy were truly amazing. Ozzy gave us many tips and helped us arrange and book all our activities/plans, he is very hospitable and friendly.

From the moment we arrived, to the moment we departed, we couldn’t have asked or received better service. Ozzy, in particular was attentive, helpful and quite simply wonderful. Ozzy provided us with 2 wonderful places for dinner. The first was called Gudeg Sagan, offering traditional food and about 10min by taxi. The second was called Bakmi, also around 10min by taxi. Taxis are cheap so don’t worry. Ozzy’s co-worker and manager were also helpful and again nothing was too big or small. We had a wonderful room in the Presidential Suite, much needed after travelling for 3 weeks. Raintree is privately owned and a family home. Absolutely loved it and so peaceful from the busyness of Yogyakarta. Book here, stay away from the corporate hotels. No character or soul in them.

The hotel was beautiful and our room was very nice. The best part of our stay was the staff. They were all very nice, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Мне кажется, самый лучший персонал, который я когда либо встречал. Максимально отзывчивые, приветливые и милые ребята, стараются помочь по всем вопросам, любой нюанс - моментально реагируют. Удалось бюджетно воспользоваться laundry, тоже организовали все идеально, спасибо! Хорошие завтраки, красивый отель-галерея, отличная атмосфера!

Tout, le personnel serviable, qui passe du temps, comment vous aider dans les situations imprévues (trouver un opticien...) Le petit dejeuner excellent et copieux, les beaux meubles dans la chambre avec beaucoup de place ... Le decor : cour, piscine, galerie d'art avec roulement d'artistes contemporains ...

Ubytování bylo krásné, plné umění, uprostřed domů bazén. Pokoj velký, pohodlný. Snídaně byly výborné, vždy jsme si den předem vybrali, co si dáme. Personál byl velice vstřícný, přátelský. Moc děkujeme, pobyt jsme si užili a rádi se vrátíme.
