spent a few days at this hotel during my trip to Indonesia and overall had a good experience. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. My room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Breakfast offered a decent variety, and the common areas were well maintained.

The staff are fantastic, especially Ozzy who gave us great restaurant recommendations and local tips.

Staying here felt like living in a king’s and queen’s room – artistic, elegant, and full of character. We were warmly welcomed by Ozzy and Fico, who were simply amazing hosts: super friendly, very helpful, full of great tips, and even assisted us with transport. Thanks to them, our time in Yogyakarta was truly memorable. Breakfast was delicious every morning, clearly prepared with care and love. From our room we enjoyed views of a beautiful garden filled with plants and flowers, and we could also relax by a private pool that felt like a hidden oasis away from the busy streets. The location is excellent, close to the main attractions and surrounded by great cafés, yet still calm and comfortable. One of the most hospitable stays we’ve ever had – highly recommended.

Hidden gem in the heart of a bustling city

Geweldige service, we zijn echt in de watten gelegd door Ozzy en de rest vsn de equipe van Raintree. Het hotel is een oase van rust, en je wordt werkelijk aan alle kanten ontzorgd, dus we kunnen het hotel alleen maar aanraden. Maar als je op zoek bent naar vertier (of direct om de hoek even een biertje wilt drinken of een hapje eten) is het minder geschikt.

Tout y est parfait ! Les chambres, les petit-déjeuners, la piscine et, surtout le staff, discret, souriant, anticipant vos moindres désirs. Un grand merci à Ozzi pour sa très grande disponibilité, ses conseils et son rôle de facilitateur pour toutes les questions logistiques. Si nous devons retourner à Yogya c'est certainement au Raintree que nous séjournerons 🙂

Prévoir bouchons d'oreille : Le Muezzin fait le premier appel à la prière à 4:30 et on peut avoir l'impression qu'il est dans la chambre. C'est là le seul bémol concernant ce très bel établissement

De rust. Het hotel ligt aan een redelijk drukke straat, maar in je kamer en de tuin merk je hier helemaal niets van. In de tuin kan je heerlijk ontspannen. Dan het personeel, zij zorgen dat het je aan niets te kort komt. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben Ozzy en Fiko ervoor gezorgd dat wij niets te kort kwamen. Tips voor restaurants, reserveringen en het regelen van een fantastische chauffeur (Agus ) om Borobodur en Prambanan te bezoeken.
