your staff are not customer orientated. I dont know whether its their charecter but they were not nice as if we were invading. Something was off about them

There was no water to bathe in the morning

The place is clean, neat. spacious rooms. kitchen. dining and sitting room and we enjoyed home cooked meal especially breakfast

1). I was surprised to learn that visitors must pay because they are treated as extras even if they were not sleeping ... 2).The tip of the ron was broken and not user friendly ... 3). Pots only 2 were usable ... 4). Security compromised- no outside cameras and back and front doors not lockable and keys left in security doors ... 5). maintenance guys entering rooms without escort ... 6). Mandisa (supervisor) had a bad attitude in general and was out of order ... worst part you don't tell guest to move around because she wanted to clean ... offer broken iron with no ironing board and telling guest that they must see to it how do they iron because borrowing them her personal iron was doing them a favor ... it's a lot with this Mandisa ... 7). couldn't use swimming pool because it was not clean
