Very clean and staff was very helpful

The opening of the gate we had to hoot a lot for the gate to open

The place is very neat, classy, home away from home and close proximity to a lot of amenities including the beach. Whilst it is opposite to the freeway noise levels are very low, actually cant detect them once you are inside the house.

The reception was very cold, the person welcoming me had no idea of whom I was yet already identified myself by the entrance. What was worse no orientation was given since the place does not offer food, e.g. whether I was allowed to use the kitchen or the fridge given that in a bnb these are a given. Took longer to bring an iron and offered no apology for the delay. Battled in the morning to leave the place as I was never told how to get out without a remote control

The house is very nice and close to the mall and beach. The pool was clean. The view to the garden and rooms were clean.

There were drunk guests in house waiting for their transport, the kitchen was not clean I had to wait a little longer for the host to clean otherwise it was peaceful after guests had departed.

I do not like the fact that I booked for a couple who was going for the honeymoon,tired after the wedding but were kept standing there with endless phone calls to me to confirm the booking,provided proof but was still kept there because they was the description of the room,I couldn’t find the email and the lady said well there is nothing she can do they can’t go in,the lady didn’t care and there was no manager to speak to,I was so disappointed.I eventually found the email,why dont you guys have that info on your side?What if I didn’t find the email with the room cos I had the email with the booking confirmation?

Cleanliness

There is only one gate remote ,and have to ask the staff to open and close gates if need to go out at night.
