Keith was a superb host and the house and garden were delightful. We had a very comfortable stay with a great night's sleep in the "African Bedroom". The property was also very convenient for the NAEC at Stoneleigh, the purpose of our visit to the area. The cottage is No 1, Google Maps for some reason directs you to No 57.

Was a lovely cottage very cozy and quirky, the bed in the African room was very comfortable, and the host was very friendly and chatty, and he’s extremely well travelled too, my husband and me had a good chat with him he’s lead a very interesting life, he was very welcoming to us and our daughter, I’d definitely stay again, we had a wader round the large enclosed garden, I especially liked the fact that there was parking at the cottage that was secure and gated, and there is a Toby carvery and a chippy just a short walk away from the cottage too, it so much nicer than staying in a hotel too ☺️

Didn’t take towels as though were would have them in our room, we didn’t though we never asked as I didn’t like too, also the is a toilet and basin in the bedroom but it’s was in what I thought was a wardrobe, could have been a bit more private and enclosed
