Levi's Tourist – Anuradhapura

The hotel is situated in a quiet area off the main road with easy aceta to local shops and restaurants. The garden is a peaceful oasis teeming with life.

The breakfast is a bit humdrum but at the price of the hotel it's hard to complain.

The room was basic but right for my needs. It had a bed with a mosquito net, a table and a chair, a cloth-hanger and a small bedside table with a kattle. It was horrendously hot at Anuradhapura and so it was nice to have an air-conditioned room to chillax.

The air-condition is old and noisy. I did not stop me from falling a sleep but it can be disturbing for those who have a light sleep. I would have been nice to have a power point close to the table. I had to do some computer work and I had to rely on my computer's battery.

The birds in the morning were incredible. It was like a symphony of nature. Beautiful. Also the staff gave me good information and helped save me walking all the way to the station with my luggage by finding the bus at the front door :)

The room itself was dusty and damp with many bugs but they are everywhere in sri lanka guesthouses. The dusty/moldy parts though gave me a terrible cough as im allergic 🥲
