Made to feel very welcome and comfortable by John and Colin.

Access around the house was a little awkward to get to the front door from rear parking place.

We loved the friendly atmosphere that was created by this wonderful couple, Colin and John. They made us feel so welcome. They both went over and above to please us. The breakfast was amazing and so was the service. Both mornings Colin and John came out to chat with us. Telling us lots of little stories. If I do go back to Betws y Coed I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Colin and John for making us feel so welcome.

Everything was perfect.

Breakfast was first class. Beautifully presented and excellent choices of food. We even had a 'packed breakfast' as we had a very early start on our day of departure.

Our room was a tad too small and would have preferred a room away from the main road.

We had a wonderful stay, the guys were really attentive and helpful with places to visit, the full English breakfast was amazing and so filling, we are hoping to go back at some point.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

What a wonderful place we found to stay during our recent visit to Betws-y-coed! We spent the week here and can not speak highly enough of the hospitality that John and Colin showed during our visit or the standard of the accommodation. Our room was cosy and well-presented, and it was clear that the hosts put a great deal of thought and care into this B&B. Our room was serviced regularly throughout our stay. The condition of the room was excellent - everything working well and very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we both slept as well as we have for years! Breakfast each morning was a real treat! We enjoyed cereals, cooked breakfast, fruit, yoghurts, croissants, and excellent coffee; it was a very relaxing start to each day! Colin and John served us with a smile and were happy to give ideas and tips for activities in the local area. The location is excellent. This was our first visit to Betws-y-coed, and there was so much to do. It was a short walk to the village centre (plenty of places to eat), and the river ran past the property, just across the road. From the bus stop right outside the house, we were able to explore further afield, taking a very scenic ride to Llyn Ogwen for a wonderful walk. Thank you, Colin and John, for your excellent hospitality. We had a lovely week and would highly recommend this accommodation.

The hosts in this place are so lovely! They really make you feel like home. The room was as described, clean and comfortable with a small bathroom that has everything you need. The breakfast was great and very filling, set in a cute dining room where Colin and John were excellent hosts and cooks. Our packed lunch was also great and was very welcome during a day out in the mountains. There's free parking available, a bus stop right outside the B&B and it's a short 15min walk to town. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this B&B.

The only thing I can think of is that it was quite bright early in the morning. A blackout curtain should do the trick to prevent the sun from trickling in.
