We had a small room downstairs with our own bathroom across the hall. Four other bedrooms are rented out upstairs with either shared bathroom or en-suite. Our room was small but we could use a large living room, outdoor area and kitchen (shared). It would be a great place for a large family to rent for a week. We met Reuben who showed us the room who was pleasant. We had to ring when a fuse blew and the electricity went off and even though it was early the phone was answered promptly. We were able to reset the fuse with the instructions from the person who answered the phone.

If I was to be picky it’s not really a “private bathroom” when you have to walk across the hall in a house shared with other guests.
