The place was quiet and nice with friendly dogs around the property. The owner was kind and cozy.

I’d have appreciated to have a more equipped external area.

The room was spacious and clean, had lots of nice additions that are lacking in some accomodation (face towels, hand towel, coffee, cup noodles). The neighbours dogs were very friendly and cute, they will greet you most times you return to the property. The property is a bit out of town so not a busy area which was nice. There is an outdoor area with fire pit that can be used.

The bed was not very comfortable, but better than some in Thailand. If you are a light sleeper the dogs do bark and howl a bit at night, which might keep you up.

Really good, location was perfect we had just done a section of the loop so to come here to relax was perfect. They left noodles and had a lovely garden area with lovely lights so was super super cosy and tranquil. He leaves little things for you like shampoos and slippers ( I have big feet so wasn't for me unfortunately ) but lovely little touch also little hand sanitizer and MOSQUITO spray, they're crazy there.

We didn't mind it but I'll write it incase of other people reading this, location was perfect if doing the loop but if not then it isn't really walk-able to town, also I'm a tall guy... Shower isn't for tall people but we had a laugh about it, oh and don't forget to close the door as the mozzies will get ya but that isn't anything he can do.

The bed was comfortable and it was fine for just the night, it was clean and there were cute pups right outside our door who were friendly.

There was a lot of bugs. We killed probably 50-100 ants when we first got into the room. And had to get rid of a gecko that was also in the room.

Cute little cottage in semi-rural area in the outskirts of town. Very well equipped. Airco, shower and fridge work well. We loved sitting on our little porch with a cold drink overlooking the green area and with the neighborhood dogs playing around. You will need your own transport to go to the center of town. It's about 10 minutes on the motorcycle. Mae Hong Son has a lovely night market and some very nice places to eat and drink around it. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Bed and pillows too firm to our liking

We enjoyed staying there. The place was clean, the bed was very comfortable and there was hot water in the shower so nothing to complain about really.

Unlike in every other place we stayed at in the region, breakfast was not included which is a shame. It's also quite far from the town centre, not within walking distance.
