Fajny hotel, fajny widok.

Trochę mało komunikatywna obsługa/właściciele ale nie że nie pomocni bo jak najbardziej są pomocni.

I alredy booked a delux doubel room with balcony .. 34$ price.. i called tha day morning.. and informed i ll come... then.that day i went hotel at that time they said cant give this price and. No available that room.. then they arrange anothe room.. but i rejected it and exit there.. its very bad situatio.. i dont know ather best things.. but it was very bad experience ... never do that again..

They gave us room with a bit lower category, but is was maxi as well

The staffs are very accommodating and friendly

The hot shower should get fixed .

Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La vue depuis la petite salle de restaurant est sublime Petit espace jeu au dernier étape agréable Le personnel est attentionné

Notre chambre donnait sur la cour arrière.. Eau chaude un peu limite mais c'est classique

Overall the place is decent. Room size is good and the views are great (we had a top floor corner room with views). It’s 10mins tuk-tuk ride from the city center so it’s quiet, but it depends on how close to it you want to stay.

Service was very poor, from the moment we walked in, no one knew any details of our reservation. No information provided on anything as there was a big language barrier. We had breakfast included and asked to have it at 7:30am as we were taking an early train and they agreed to it as that was the usual breakfast starting time but nothing was prepared when we showed up - not even an apology from anyone. Additionally, we were locked out at 23pm as it turns out they lock the main door at night (no one mentioned anything or how to get in) so we had to call several times until someone finally answered the phone and sent someone to let us in.
