Vehicle parking. So before reach there better check the parking space.

Chambre avec vue sur la ville de Nurawa très appréciée. Chambre spacieuse , lits king size avec une bonne literie. Personnels à l écoute.

Il a fallu en arrivant que je précise que la chambre réservée ne correspondait pas à celle qu' ils nous proposaient. Erreur vite rectifiée. . Pas de tapis bain, fuite d eau du lavabo. Les petits déjeuners minimalistes identiques chaque matin. Réveillés par le Muezzin tous les matins à 5h00 pour l'appel à la prière et la prière jusqu'à 6h00 du matin. Cela certainement touchant toute la ville aux aurores.

The staff were friendly enough but it felt a bit like they didn’t really want to be there.

Our room was dirty and the floor hadn’t been mopped in a long time (as proven by our dirty feet and socks). There was a hole in the wall between our room and the next one so we could hear our neighbours talk and go to the toilet which wasn’t ideal.

Rude staff. The receptionist with long hair was a rogue. He refused to give the room at the price which we booked. After arguments, (We reached the premises around 4 pm, the check-in time was 2 pm), he told us that the room was not ready yet. Very rude our entire stay. We requested him multiple times for fresh towels, which he ignored and later gave us two small red and pink coloured towels,which were torn and dirty. The kitchen was dirty with burnt toast lying on the floor. No television Poor location ( very far away from the market, had to wait for tuk tuk,and "pick me up" drivers declined the trip due to the hotel's location (at heights)) No toiletries The bed was not comfortable and created cacophonous noises on moving a little bit. No fresh milk was used for the tea ordered. At checkout, nobody came to help with our luggage. The menu had limited options. The kettle was broken and dirty with burnt marks.

En fin och välkomnande atmosfär. Vi hade allt vi behövde. Underbar utsikt med en mysig balkong.

Toalettdörren gick inte att stänga eller låsa.

Très bon endroit, jolie vue. Et très bon accueil !
