Newly Built All Season Resort

Highly recommend this villa!! Owner Kostas and his wife Niki welcome us with pizza and traditional desserts! Our appartment very clean kitchen with everything we need to cook easily 🙂 The most beautiful at this villa is thar you can feel the real love around you, the garden yard with the barbecue and the flowers around you! I recommend this villa and we definitely come back 🙏 Kostas and Niki thank you for your hospitality and your kindness 😊

An exceptiona summer house, ideal for families, couples and friends. We really enjoyed staying there. Our kids loved the garden, and me and my wife loved watching them play there. Everything felt safe, clean and cozy. Coming from a large city, we liked being in a small and quiet place with such lovely beaches and activities really close. 🏝️🤗🏡

We had the amazing opportunity to come to Greece for our honeymoon with my husband. We decided that we want to have a tour so we stayed for a day to different places around Chalkidiki. On our last day we choose to stay in this amazing villa and we couldn't be happier about it. Everything top to bottom was perfect, we had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful summer house! The decor was charming and tasteful, with thoughtful touches that made the space feel cozy and welcoming. It was incredibly peaceful—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We really felt like being on a Greek Island 🏝️. The garden was a little oasis, ideal for morning coffee or evening wine under the stars. We also did barbeque with a variety of things and it was a perfect way to close the night. Just a short drive away, we found stunning beaches with crystal-clear waters. The host was kind, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We can't wait to return and we really hoped we could've stayed longer!!!

The location is perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive from some stunning beaches with crystal-clear waters. One of the most heartwarming moments of our stay was when the hosts came by with their children and surprised us with some juicy watermelon! It was such a sweet gesture, and our kids had the best time playing together in the garden while we all shared the watermelon under the shade. It really made us feel welcomed and at home. Overall, this place has a relaxing vibe, comfortable spaces, and kind hosts who go above and beyond. We’d absolutely love to return!
