Newly Built All Season Resort

NOT equipped for "all seasons". We were there End March when it was v rainy & cold . Very muddy dirt road with potholes to get to accomodation. No heating. No Hot water at the kitchen or bathroom sink. Hot water only enough for one shower then wait 20 min for 2nd person to have a shower. No duvets. Beds not made up. Cotton quilts big enough to cover one person not 2 in the bed. ( So we used both beds)It is up Necessary to open bathroom window whilst showering or whole place steams up. No tea towel. WiFi poor/ intermittent connection. The very busy A24 road can be heard at all times.. However, the hosts are lovely & made a lot of effort & were good communicating & made us very welcome. Nikita brought us lovely triangle pastry & bottle of greek wine - For this reason much can be forgiven.

It was a very very beautiful and clean house we were sad that it was only a short time there i can not find the right words for this amazing house with lots of lovely details everywhere around nice and quiet places outside and not far away from kallikratia with car where you can find for shopping and eating points the beaches near house were amazing 😍😍😍 very very special thanks to Konstantinos and lovely Family for everything 🥰🥰🥰 efcharisto para poli Filakias 5 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 greetings Isabel and Gerhard

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Halkidiki! Everything was cozy and homely. Kostas and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with valuable advices on the best places to visit and things to do in Thessaloniki and Halkidiki. Their recommendations were spot on, and we truly appreciated their local insights. While the apartment is a bit of a walk to the beach, it was the perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas. We enjoyed the convenience of having a car to get around and discover the beautiful beaches and small towns of Halkidiki. I highly recommend staying here. Host's hospitality and knowledge made our trip truly memorable.

This place was awesome. It was very clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. The host was really nice and welcoming, several times he provided us with greek sweet treats and beverages. He also showed us many nice beaches and places to eat nearby the resort. Everything was great!!

We recently stayed at this stunning villa and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the owners Mr Kostas and Ms Niki were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The villa itself is gorgeous, equipped with all the modern facilities you could need, yet maintaining a cozy and comfortable vibe. One of the highlights for us was the fantastic barbecue area, where we spent an evening grilling meat and creating memories under the stars. It was truly an unforgettable night! The villa's location is another huge plus. Just a short Drive away, we discovered a beautiful beach where we spent our days relaxing and enjoying the crystal-clear waters. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a fun place to gather with friends and family, this villa is the perfect choice. I can't recommend this place enough and are already planning our return!

The host was amazing! Very, very helpful with everything we needed: gave us different destinations and beaches to explore as requested, places to eat and the best surplice for my son's 18th birthday! The Host and his wife brought him a birthday cake with '18' candles! 🤩 💙✨️ The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the beaches were about 5-8 minutes away by car. There was a lovely garden with tables downstairs and a parking space available. I would recommend Kostas and his wife to anyone who would like to visit this part of Greece!

Unfortunately nothing.

Our stay at the apartment in Greece was quite disappointing. The property didn’t match the description or photos on Booking.com. Essential amenities (washing machine, hot tub?, iron, etc.) were missing but listed as available amenities, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. What really bugged us, is the fact that we have requested a Cot for our child but never were given one!!! Even after we complained and asked for it! The apartment had cat hair everywhere, and I am allergic. We found dirty towels, utensils with spots, and hair on the bed. The most horrifying found, were the earrings next to the bed. The host was unresponsive to all of the above mentioned points and told us we could leave whenever we wanted. The owner will only be nice as long as you don’t complain. He also pressured us to cancel the booking and pay in cash, which seemed like an attempt to circumvent Booking.com’s policies. Many other guests have shared similar experiences, and recent Google and Facebook reviews reflect this. We just want to warn other families so they don’t have the same bad experience. The host was not nice after we complained and did nothing to address our concerns. Avoid this place!
