"overall, the stay was great, no complaints"

the food was fresh and delicious. the people serving us were very nice too

on our second stay, the receptionist did not seem knowledgeable of how your systems work and delayed us in getting our room key

"BUT OVERALL THE PLACE IS NEAT AND WE WERE GIVEN EVERYTHING WE ASKED FOR AND THEY WERE SWEET"

THERE WAS TOO MUCH NOISE,THE EMPLOYEES OR STAFF WERE TALKING LOUDLY WITH EACH OTHER UNTIL LATE IN THE AMS AND TOO EARLY IN THE MORNING WHICH MADE SLEEPING REALLY DIFFICULT

The staff was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable.

The wifi had no signal, the wasn't enough utensils to use and they looked a bit dirty, water pressure was a bit low and personally I don't like leaving the room dirty even tho they'll clean it again but there wasn't even a broom nearby for you to clean.
