1.the staff where good at they're work and showed exceptional experience

1.there is no curtain showers so when you take a shower you have to place your things far aside 2.the location of the facility reason, it's far from stores ,right next to a busy road and not quite next to a quiet and nice area

We booked for three nights, and the staff were wonderful and really tried their best to accommodate us

. - We had to manually open the gate ourselves (sometimes), even late at night. - Each time we wanted to bathe, we had to report water problems. The shower in Room 4 had very low pressure. - The heating and air conditioning were not working, and the fan provided was dusty. - Noise levels were extremely high, making it very difficult to sleep. Guests were shouting, and at one point we were disturbed by loud people singing - The linen was stained (including blood on the comfort inner), and the towels were rough and worn out. Utensils were old, with some rusty. - There was water leakage from the ceiling. - The parking lot felt unsafe, and we worried about potential damage to our car. And you struggle to get the parking - Overall, the atmosphere felt more like a noisy club than a place to rest. We truly appreciated the staff’s efforts, but the conditions made our stay very uncomfortable. We hope this feedback helps highlight areas that need urgent attention.

I like the view of the place it was what I expected rather then the things that disappointed me

The kitchen doesn't have a cupboard where are we expected to place our grocery...they stoves were not working to fry an egg was an issue..the toilet doesn't have enough toilet paper we always have to request one rather than that there accommodation was good
