We had to book this accommodation last minute for business travel but the staff were very accommodating for all our requests and helpful with all queries we had as well.

The place was amazing and the food was good and the beds and the room was comfortable.

In the morning of our second day we had no electricity as early as 4am and we could not charge our devices and we could not make coffee or warm up our food. When we informed the front desk lady she said she will get someone to look at it which never happened so we had to ask again which is when she told the maintenance guys who were sitting on the sofas on their devices and then did not even respond to her and they never come to fix or look at it. Only the third time when we went and at this time we were shouting causing a scene in the dinning area was when they got up and attended to the issue of which at that time it was already our checkout time and we had not charged any of our devices. It was a horrible situation and it changed our whole experience with the Nyathi Lodge it was our second time staying with you guys and definitely our last.
