Nyathi Lodge

We received only one bath towel and one hand towel for two people. The sheets were badly stained although they had been washed. We tried calling them when we returned at night but there was no answer. We had no choice but to suffer the situation. Despite them knowing that the dog had bitten my husband the last time we were there, there were now three dogs on the property, one of which came running to greet me. I am allergic to dog hair and saliva.

The door for room one was hard to open the staff said that the door has had the opening problem for some time and said they will fix it but they didn't we had to sleep in the room not knowing if the door is really locked or not ,we didn't feel safe,the key was the issue we couldn't lock it ,it had to lock itself and that made us feel uncomfortable . Bad service in deed and the tv too ,the iron wasn't in the room we had to call them to bring it, and also the room was very small.

Comfortable, the breakfast was lovely, friendly staff.

The noise from construction and construction workers. The dogs also while having breakfast 🥲
