Extremely good value for money. Nice rooms and beds.

It is best for travelers with a car, which I had. Be aware that you are staying upstairs in rooms of the owner's house, so they will be around too.

Nice and plesent landlords. Clean room. The balcony is available from the room ( but shared balcony).

We didn't have some soap, only shampoo and shower gel. The blanket was small to 2 people and we took an additional blanket from the closet and it had a very bad smell😞

Good location easy access bus station which drop you for every where.owner of place and his wife was very helpful and hospitality.really it was amazing place

Super helpful and friendly staff. Around 20 minutes walking distance to metro station.

Bed is too soft. No soundproofing, although booking.com has indicated. We stay here 4 nights, almost every midnight, have people check-in and check-out , it is so noisy till we can't sleep well. Stay one night is ok, long stay not recommended.

Mostly in Georgia the bidet shower/toilet faucet is missing
