The staff are amazing and so generous. You feel like you are part of a family here. Was blessed to enjoy an amazing New Year's feast that they had prepared for their guests and friends.You also get a feel for living in an authentic Tibilisi suburb.

very clean rooms and cute backyard, really great space, wish I could have stayed longer

Good communication. Easy keys handover. Clean room. I had all that I needed. Nice inner yard. There is common kitchen at ground floor, one can do some basic cooking.

Slight smell in the bathroom.

family who runs the place is super helpful. We caught a bad flu for most of our two week stay and they were very helpful and understating. They even gave us food. thank you so much rooms are really clean and spacious and wifi was great.

little far from town but a 15 minute bolt ride and you are downtown

We liked very much friendly and warm atmosphere, nice garden yard with a small kitchen. Although we don't speach gorgian neither russian, we felt very much welcomed and the owner's hostility made us feel at home. Therefore we came back again :).
