The area and layout are great. The staff are very friendly.

The lack of maintenance is clearly visible with some safety issues in the kitchen. The kitchen faucet is totally loose and you can see it has been for a long time, seeing that the top has been soaked with water. Underneath the sink is a inverter. A Safety hazard with water leaking through. The blinds are broken and some doesn't even open. The curtains are very dirty and difficult to open. The sliding door wheels are all worn out making it difficult to open the door. Room cleaning service only happened once. We had to request dry towels and cleaning. Lack of communication. An Hour massage is not even 40 minutes. A very beautiful tranquil venue with a lack of proper maintenance. Not worth the money you pay.

We liked the Chinese-inspired structures & decor. Rooms are clean & spacious. We enjoyed the outside shower.

We could not enjoy the pool because it was dirty. Vegetation & the trees blocked the beautiful river flowing near our room. It's not welcoming & conducive for kids as noise levels are restricted, to accommodate massage therapists.
